Delivery and Returns Delivery Software is delivered via Electronic Delivery (Down Load) For an additional fee, you can purchase any of the designs on a CD or Floppy Disk. Software purchased on CD will be sent via USPS or best way of our choosing. Returns Physical shipments via USPS that are damaged in the process of shipping will be replaced with same item. Products delivered via Electronic Delivery are not returnable nor refundable.  Any product sent via Electronic Delivery that did not arrive at purchaser's mailbox or arrived damaged will be replaced with same item.
